From dropping the kids off to school, going for a walk, shopping, or just relaxing around the house, T-shirts have become a must-have in every woman’s casual wardrobe. T-shirts can make a fashion statement — if you buy designer quality — or you can use them to support a cause, or simply share your beliefs.
Since t-shirts take a lot of wear, they are usually made of cotton, which can be easily laundered and require no ironing. Many are loose fitting for a comfortable wear, or they may be shapely to accentuate your figure, like the Ladies’ Boyfriend T-shirt shown on this page. T-shirts are usually worn with jeans, but they look just as well when paired with a nice midi skirt.

Choose To Be Happy – You may have looked at someone and thought, if I drove the car he/she drives, I would be happy. Or, if I were as pretty/tall/slim as she is, I would be happy. Well, I hate to disappoint you; none of us — rich or poor, black or white, fat or thin–come into this world with a guarantee of happiness. So, how then can you be happy? When you win the lotto? When you marry Mr. Billionaire? Or maybe, when you have a child? Not really.
2. Random Thoughts About Loving Yourself – The apostle Paul said, “I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want” (Philippians 4: 12).

Study Finds Diabetes In Pregnancy Tied To Poor Sleep Quality – Pregnant women, especially those in the second trimester and onward, frequently experience poor sleep quality, but now a new study published in the Journal of The Brazilian Medical Association has found that this is common among type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetic women who are pregnant , with these women having excessive daytime sleepiness and poor sleep at nights.
5. What We Can Learn From Athletes and Their Mental Health – I had planned to write a post on mental health and type 2 diabetes, but decided to wait on a more opportune time. But with Simone Biles’s shocking exit from the Tokyo Olympics, I thought this was the best time to tackle this important subject. As a therapist who worked with mentally ill patients for many years and who had a family member who suffered from mental illness, I feel a great deal of empathy for the mentally ill. Whether she is a decorated, world-famous athlete or a lowly person struggling to make ends meet, mental illness affects us all.
