Getting Rid of Self-Limiting Beliefs

  • Stop comparing yourself to others
  • Take control of your thoughts. If you failed in the past, it doesn’t mean you’ll fail again .
  • Acquire knowledge.  Maybe you didn’t know all you needed to know in order to succeed
  • Talk to people who would help boost your confidence.
  • Write  your limiting beliefs in your journal
  • Then write what your life would be like if you didn’t have those beliefs,
  • Don’t give up!
